Saint Stanislaus Kostka Catholic Church (Polish: Kościół Świętego Stanisława Kostki) is a historic Polish church of the Roman Catholic Archdiocese of Chicago that is located at 1351 West Evergreen Avenue in the Pulaski Park neighborhood of Chicago, Illinois, United States. It is designated as the Sanctuary of Divine Mercy of the Archdiocese.

Holy Trinity was founded in 1872 to relieve overcrowding at St. Stanislaus Kostka, the city's first Polish parish. A twenty-year feud between the two parishes ensued, and the parish was not recognized canonically until the Vatican sent an Apostolic Delegate to resolve the issue.
On November 30, 2003, Cardinal Francis George OMI, officially proclaimed St. Hyacinth Church a basilica of the Archdiocese of Chicago. Neighboring St. Wenceslaus parish was founded in 1912 as a Polish parish to relieve overcrowding at St. Hyacinth parish. The 1999 film Stir of Echoes was partly filmed at St. Hyacinth Basilica.
The Roman Catholic Archdiocese of Chicago operated St. Stanislaus Bishop and Martyr School in Posen from its opening circa 1893 until it closed in 2006. Its final enrollment was 142, and the small number of students was the reason for its closure.

Polish Downtown, particularly Pulaski Park, served as Chicago Congressman Dan Rostenkowski's base of operations. [13] The family still owns the building opposite St. Stanislaus Kostka church at 1372 Evergreen from which he ran his operations. Polish Downtown was also significant in the literary output of Nelson Algren who lived in the area.
In 1874, Brooklyn architect Patrick Charles Keely, who would later also design St. Stanislaus Kostka Church, was selected to draw plans for the new cathedral of Chicago. On July 19 of that year, the cornerstone was laid.
