Accrington Stanley Football Club is a professional association football club based in Accrington, Lancashire, England, that compete in the EFL League Two, the fourth level of the English football league system. They have spent their complete history playing at the Crown Ground. The club is known as Accrington Stanley, Stanley or just Accrington.

The 2024–25 season is the 56th season in the history of Accrington Stanley Football Club and their second consecutive season in League Two.In addition to the domestic league, the club are also participating in the FA Cup, the EFL Cup, and the 2024–25 EFL Trophy.
The 2022–23 season was the 54th season in the existence of Accrington Stanley Football Club and the club's fifth consecutive season in League One.In addition to the league, they also competed in the 2022–23 FA Cup, the 2022–23 EFL Cup and the 2022–23 EFL Trophy.
