The Royal State Palace is a palace in the city of Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. It was designed for King Fahd of Saudi Arabia by the Japanese architect Kenzō Tange and was completed in 1982. [ 1 ] [ 2 ] The palace is 14,000 m 2 (150,000 sq ft) in size internally and is spread over a 65,000 m 2 (700,000 sq ft) site.
The building was constructed as a royal palace from 1928 to 1932 under the supervision of Muhammed bin Laden. [citation needed] The oil agreement with the Standard Oil Company of California was signed by Abdullah Suleiman on behalf of Saudi Arabia and Lloyd N.
