I can confirm, that when you uninstall Paint3D (as noted in your other thread), the entire Microsoft.MSPaint_8wekyb3d8bbwe directory and subdirectories are removed, meaning that all projects are deleted. You could try file recovery software like Recuva, but I very much doubt you would restore the entire directory and files.
