Apache Access is the student, faculty and staff portal for TJC. In Apache Access, you can view your grades, register for classes, view your student email, pay your tuition, apply for housing and scholarships and a ton of other things. Create your account by selecting Tyler Junior College as your Library. Log in with your A number and password. Don't remember your password? It is your TJC A# and the password is the last 4 digits of your A# and your 4 digit birth year. Note the correct format in the following example, using A00012345 and birth date of 1992. An online (or Internet-based) course allows a student to take courses from any computer that has Internet access (home, work, school, library, etc.). Students access course information through Apache Access, which links to Canvas, TJC's online learning management system (LMS).
When you are off-campus and click on one of our online resources, you will be prompted to enter your username and password. Type in your A# for the username, and for the password, type in the last four digits of your A# and the four digits of your birth year.
