Bullard is a small town [5] in Smith and Cherokee counties in the east-central part of the U.S. state of Texas. U.S. Route 69 and Farm-to-Market Roads 2137, 2493, and 344 intersect here, about 15 miles (24 km) south of the larger city of Tyler .

The Brook Hill School is an independent, Christian day and boarding school for students in grades PreK-12 located in Bullard just south of Tyler, Texas. The school was founded in 1997 by Steve Dement with thirty-one students in middle school. The boarding school began soon after in 2003.
