Vidyut Dev Singh Jammwal (born 10 December 1980) [1] [2] is an Indian actor, martial artist [3] and film producer who predominantly works in Hindi, Tamil and Telugu films. He is also a practitioner of Kalaripayattu , which he showcased in the film Junglee (2019).
The antagonist was chosen as Vidyut Jamwal, a model turned actor who had reportedly won the role from 500 other people who were originally considered. Jamwal had to undergo strenuous training to build a body that could be comparable to the hero of the film.
