Development of Atkins Park began in 1912 as a streetcar suburb of Atlanta, linked to downtown via the Nine-Mile Circle streetcar line. The North City Historic District is a U.S. historic district in St. Augustine, Florida. The district is bordered by Castillo Dr. north to Old Mission Ave., N.
