Livre des merveilles du monde (BnF Fr2810) is an illuminated manuscript made in France around 1410–1412. It is a collection of several texts concerning commercial, religious, and diplomatic contact between Europe and Asia .
It displays collections of the Département des Monnaies, Médailles et Antiques de la Bibliothèque nationale de France as well as manuscripts and books from the Library's collections. The BnF Museum is located in the Richelieu site, the former main building of the library bordering rue de Richelieu .

At the end of 2015, it had nearly 250 stores across France, Italy, Spain, Luxembourg, Belgium, Germany, and in Switzerland, of which more than 180 are in France.
His father was a lawyer. After attending the Collège Stanislas de Paris, he decided to become an artist.From 1879 to 1882, he was enrolled at the Académie Julian, then attended the École Nationale des Beaux-Arts until 1885, where he studied with William Bouguereau and Tony Robert-Fleury.
