Kay Beevers Cobb (February 28, 1942 – May 26, 2023) was an American politician and judge who served as a justice of the Supreme Court of Mississippi. She also served in the Mississippi Senate. Raised on a farm in Cleveland, Mississippi, Cobb graduated from Cleveland High School before graduating from Mississippi University for Women in 1963.

He moved to Oxford, Mississippi in the 1980s and began a second career publishing the photographs of blues, folk, country and jazz artists that he had been taking since the early 1960s. His book Between Midnight and Day: The Last Unpublished Blues Archive contains about 100 of his photographs from the 1960s onwards.
Tyler then went on to coach at Northwest Mississippi Community College and Oxford High School in the 1980s. He was named Director of Mississippi State Parks, Wildlife and Fisheries and served in that capacity from 1992 to 1996. He also served as head coach of Millsaps Majors from 2000 until his retirement in 2002.
