Aruna Sundararajan (born 12 July 1959) is a former India's Telecom Secretary and Chairman of the Telecom Commission. [2] A retired 1982 batch IAS officer from Kerala Cadre, Ms Sundararajan, is one of the most senior civil servants of the Indian Administrative Service (IAS) in the country.
Arun Sundararajan graduated from the Indian Institute of Technology Madras in 1993 with a BTech in electrical engineering. He subsequently attended the University of Rochester where he received an M. Phil in operations research and a PhD in business administration.
