Thru e-mail. Email po callcenter@bdo.com.ph and cc niyo po consumeraffairs@bsp.gov.ph (faster po yung response nila if naka-cc ang BSP). Then after niyo po makareceive ng ref no., wait po kayo ng 2 to 3 days, then may tatawag po sa inyo yung BDO customer service agent to confirm your request and terminate your card.
I received my BDO Titanium card four months ago (without applying), and I have no plans to activate it due to the high annual fees. However, today when I opened my BDO online app, it was there. Does this mean it activated automatically? Update: I went to Manage Cards and it says there it is inactive. But it's better to call the bank to cancel it.

Staff told me to go to their website under “Credit Card Services” and fill out the “Update Information Page” then a bdo rep will call in 3 business days. Reference pic below. 4.

I know thru this program, i no longer have my BDO CC back unless i will reapply or open an account again after certain period. They 2 BDO CCs actually but shared limit.
Can’t unlock BDO credit card. BDO. Pa-rant lang saglit. Napaka-walang kwenta naman ng BDO! I can’t unlock my CC! I seldom use it, so I make sure to lock it when unused.
