The California Student Aid Commission (CSAC) selects undergraduate California residents for the Cal Grant A or Cal Grant B programs. WebGrants for Students is CSAC’s secure website where you can monitor the processing of your Cal Grant application and award information.

WebGrants for students account (WB4S) is used to view and manage your state financial aid (Cal Grant). This account is created through California Student Aid Commission (CSAC), California’s organization that awards state aid.
Colleges that would like to identify which students are awarded a Cal Grant, may submit an Award Status Extract file to CSAC. Starting May, colleges will have the ability to claim their Cal Grant students by submiting a school change file in WebGrants or on the display roster.
The California Student Aid Commission (CSAC) will award up to $3,000 per academic year (up to $1,000 per quarter) to 2,500 eligible students. The grant will be available to the student for up to 12 quarters while they have an active Cal Grant B award.
