When I stored my io underground I still winterized the cooling system with antifreeze so that it wouldnt corrode. I also put RV antifreeze in all the other boat plumbing. You never know if you might decide to take it out of storage early for some reason.
If you owned an RV it will be very similar if not the same in most aspects. Come winter time you will want to drain all of the fresh water system, the air conditioning system if equipped and the toilet systems. I then use the pink RV antifreeze in all of these systems.
As someone else stated, run a ground to the light from the connector as well. You will actually be running a few grounds from the connector. 1 to the trailer and 1 to each light. If you have side marker lights, run a separate running light wire to each as well. I use the RV style male and you can run 3 to 4 wires from a pin.

waterfront on SE coast of Florida is as high as it has ever been and unlikely to decrease significantly in our lifetime, IMO. You might be able to cherry pick an older home/tear down after a storm if it wreaks havoc on an older region of homes but unlikely given the shortage of waterfront vs. wealthy buyers.
The (enclosed) boatels in my area all require the batteries to be fully disconnected before their facility closes for the season. There’s no boat access until they re-open. Some folks with smaller boats will transport their battery home for the winter.
