Phillip David Lewis (born February 14, 1968) is an American actor, comedian, and director. He is best known for playing hotel manager Mr. Moseby on the Disney Channel series The Suite Life of Zack & Cody and its spin-off, The Suite Life on Deck.

London uses jewelry to bribe her cabin-mate, Padma, to leave the ship so she can have a cabin to herself.

When they find out a famous couple is getting married at the hotel, they buy a camera off Maddie to take a picture of the kiss rumored to be selling for 20,000 dollars. Zack sneaks into the wedding and takes the picture, only for Maddie, Cody, and Zack to be busted by Mr. Moseby. The boys are still grounded after Carey finds out.
Zack and Cody wish upon a star and become superheroes. Zack gets super speed and Cody gets telekinesis and can read minds. However, Mr. Moseby has become a super villain called the Mean-ager, whose evil plot is to turn all kids into adults with the help of his minions, Bellboy (Esteban) and the Engineer (Arwin).

However, Mr. Moseby claims that Patrick wrecked it by crashing into fellow waiter Rich, and when the ambulance showed up, another waiter Gary got hit by the ambulance, leaving Mr. Moseby to take Patrick's place at the Tipton Restaurant.
