This is a list of television programmes which are either currently being broadcast or have previously been broadcast by Pakistan's national television service, the Pakistan Television Corporation (PTV).
Fiza Ali (Urdu: فِضا علی; born 5 October 1984)(pronounced [fizːa alːi] is a Pakistani model, actress, and singer. She started her modeling career in 1999. In 2003, she started her acting career with the drama serial Mehndi. [1]
PTV Home started broadcasting on 26 November 1964 [2] [3] in West Pakistan and on 25 December 1964 in East Pakistan (the current Bangladesh). [4] The broadcasts were limited to Lahore and Dacca at first (the Dhaka station would later become a part of Bangladesh Television upon Bangladesh's independence in 1971), before extending to Rawalpindi and Islamabad in 1965 and Karachi in 1966. Gharoor is a Pakistani drama television series broadcast on PTV Home in 2006. It features Saba Qamar, Ahsan Khan, Savera Nadeem, Jana Malik, Saba Hameed, Ashraf Khan and Shakil in the leading cast. The title track was composed by Shehzad and Timmy, and sung by Riaz Ali Khan and Hina Khan. [1]

It has re-run several times on PTV due to its popularity the series was rebroadcast by PTV Home under the segment PTV Gold Hour. [ 4 ] In 2016 Indian lyricist and screenwriter Javed Akhtar wanted to write a film about drama Pyas .
Zard Dopehar (Urdu: زرد دوپہر, transl. The yellow afternoon) is a fourteen episodes Pakistani television melodrama serial, first aired on PTV Home in 1995. It portrayed rise of a bald, middle-class Lahori politician, Malik Mehrban Ali (which at that time, was universally accepted as depiction of former prime minister Nawaz Sharif).
