Stray Kids (Korean: 스트레이 키즈) was a 2017 reality show created by JYP Entertainment and Mnet.It was a male idol debut project with the concept of "trainees versus JYP", the goal of which being the survival of all nine members to debut as a team.
The image created a dark atmosphere by overlapping the silhouettes of the nine Stray Kids members and the shape of a cassette tape reminiscent of a mixtape. The album release date was announced with the phrase ‘2018.01.08’ in the center of the cassette tape. In addition, the track list for the album 'Mixtape' was also revealed.
The group consists of eight members: Bang Chan, Lee Know, Changbin, Hyunjin, Han, Felix, Seungmin, and I.N. The group debuted with their second extended play (EP) I Am Not on March 25, 2018, following their pre-debut EP Mixtape, consisting of music from the Stray Kids series and released in January 2018.
