Milano Centrale (Italian: Stazione di Milano Centrale) is the main railway station of the city of Milan, Italy, and is the second busiest railway station in Italy for passenger flow [3] (after Roma Termini) and the largest railway station in Europe by volume. [4] The station is a terminus and located at the northern end of central Milan.
Its running mate was the RE10, running hourly between Castione-Arbedo, at the north end of the base tunnel, to Milano Centrale. This timetable was only temporary, and beginning on 5 April 2021 the RE80 began running half-hourly to Chiasso and hourly to Milano Centrale, replacing the RE10.

In late 2010, airport rail services to and from Malpensa were reorganised. Malpensa Express services to and from Milano Cadorna, operated by Trenord, continued to link the airport with the city.
