The KTM ETS, commercially known as ETS (Electric Train Service), is an inter-city higher-speed rail service in Malaysia operated by Keretapi Tanah Melayu (KTM). The KTM ETS is the second electric train service to be operated by the Malaysian railway company after KTM Komuter, and the second inter-city rail service after KTM Intercity.
The first of the 6-car Class 93 EMUs entered service on 3 September 2015. ETS 201 began service by operating the 5AM service from Ipoh to Kuala Lumpur Sentral (EG9301). The ETS then operated the 9.30AM KL Sentral to Padang Besar service (EG9208). [12] The second batch of 9 train sets, Class 93/2, entered service on 11 October 2019.
Owned by Keretapi Tanah Melayu, it provides KTM ETS services. An extension of the KTM Komuter service to Ipoh opened on 16 September 2023. In July 2008 it was announced that a new station would be built at Kampung Talang Simpang Tiga nearby, and the old station retained as a railway museum.
The KTM Komuter Northern Sector (Malay: KTM Komuter Utara) is one of the five KTM Komuter services run by Malaysian rail operator Keretapi Tanah Melayu (KTM). The Class 91 is a type of electric multiple unit currently operating on Keretapi Tanah Melayu's Electric Train Service (ETS) since 2009. KTMB purchased a total of 5 sets worth RM 240 million from a joint venture between South Korea's Rotem Co. and Japan Mitsubishi Electric Corp in 2008.

The station later is made part of ETS pilot service between Ipoh and Kuala Lumpur with Gold and Silver service stops at this station. When the electrified services expanded to the northern states up to Butterworth and Padang Besar, it also has been made a stop for trains heading further north as well, with Platinum services also made a stop there.
