    Ever since I upgraded Quicken in September, I've been having persistent connection issues with my bank, Huntington. I use direct connect to pay bills, not the Quicken bill pay.     Huntington Bank download incomplete. I have an issue with automatically downloading from Huntington bank. It connects with the bank and says download complete w/o errors but there is no data populated.     Hello @Woo52, Thank you for reaching out to the Community with your question. Once this change has been made on the bank's end, to make the financial institution switch in Quicken, you will need to deactivate all the accounts and remove the old financial institution information for each account, then reactivate the accounts by connecting to the new financial institution name.

    I apologize you are having difficulties updating your Quicken account (s). A CC-508 indicates that you either need to accept/bypass a new pop-up on your bank's website. This could mean accepting new terms and conditions, a privacy agreement, or even a special offer. However, if this issue persists there are other troubleshooting steps we can take.

    Ever since I started I cannot seem to maintaining a connection between Huntington Bank and quicken. It seems to constantly disconnect and at this point I can't seem to connect it at all. My Chase credit card account seems to have no problems at all.

    Quicken does not charge a fee for this. And I believe Huntington includes this feature for free or it is included within the monthly PC Banking service fee they might charge. You can also schedule transfers between Huntington bank accounts from within Quicken. Very convenient.

    Even with direct connect setup and online bill pay enabled, I can't see Huntington in the online pay dropdown. And can't "send online payment" in the bank register - message is "you don't have an account that is enabled for online payments. I enabled Quicken Bill Manager to see if that made a difference. It did not make a difference.
