   New member. 09-20-2016 08:39 PM. The solution may be in the printer preferences. Make sure the "Media" (Paper type) and "Paper Size" are what you want to print. The default is normally "Plain Paper" and "Letter". That always works for me when I stay within the printer's available selections.
