Reynaldo Valera Guardiano, better known as Rey Valera (Tagalog: [reɪ bɐˈlɛɾa]; born 4 May 1954), is a Filipino singer, songwriter, music director, film scorer and television host. He wrote and produced songs that were recorded by various singers, most notably Sharon Cuneta .

Rey Valera returned as the head coach for the second season, with Louie Ocampo, Jaya, Ogie Alcasid, Yeng Constantino serving as fill-in for Valera. Judges Billy Crawford, Karylle, Karla Estrada, K Brosas, Nyoy Volante, Mitoy Yonting, Rico J. Puno, Erik Santos, Kyla, Jed Madela, and Jolina Magdangal returned as judges for the second regular season.
