Shawano County (/ ˈ ʃ ɔː n oʊ / ⓘ SHAW-noh; [2] originally Shawanaw County) is a county located in the U.S. state of Wisconsin. As of the 2020 census , the population was 40,881. [ 1 ] Its county seat is Shawano .
