Jean Barrus Bingham (born June 10, 1952) [1] was the 17th Relief Society General President of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints (LDS Church) from April 2017 to August 2022. Bingham was born in Provo, Utah to Robert R. Barrus and Edith Joy Clark. [2] Bingham was raised in New Jersey, Minnesota, and Texas. [3]
