You may, but do not have to, use our North Carolina facilities zip code - 28273. As for the carrier, it should give you the option "other". Since we don't always use the same carrier, this would be the closest option. And for the delivery time, Printful averages 3 - 6 day delivery in most of the USA for the majority of product types.
