The icons are extracted from the official build 21343. Ordinary folder. Right Click on the desired folder > Properties > Customize Tab > Change Icon > Browser for the icon This PC, Recycle Bin, Network. Windows Settings > Personalization > Themes > Desktop Icon Settings > Change Icons for each one
