The area is bounded on the east by LAX, on the north by Waterview and Napoleon streets, on the south by Imperial Highway, and on the west by Vista del Mar.
In 2018, the city of El Segundo renamed their portion of SR 1 to Pacific Coast Highway from Rosecrans Avenue to Imperial Highway where SR 1 continues again as Sepulveda Boulevard.
