Search for stack height and you should find one ounce wad dimensions covering tapered wads for Rem hulls. If you need Federal wad info you can find it looking for 12S0 wad I believe. Here is what I have. The numbers could be off a bit but the relationship is the same. Down Range is the smallest diameter, CB is the largest.
You can also on a SS do some careful adjusting of the final crimp so there's a taper radius on the shell. With a progressive press, there's another station to get this. There is no CB-1078-12. The 1078 is a 20ga wad, the 0178 a 12ga wad, so the correct nomenclature is CB-0178-12 for 12ga wads.
The 69 primer is undersize for shotshell hulls made today. It was designed for use in some of the older Remington Peters 410 and 28 gauge shotgun hulls. The 69 primer is the same size as the Remington 57 primer but likely was made hotter to ensure consistent ignition of the slower powders used for the smaller gauges.

Now in the winter I use the #17 bushing to throw a little more powder, about 16.8 grains. It's a published load, about 1180 fps.
Read a little of SAAMI (Sporting Arms and Ammunition Manufacturer's Institute) Cartridge and Chamber Dimensions (PDF is available at the following link): SAAMI. Below is a duplication of the relevant page for a 12-gauge 2-3/4-inch Shell and Chamber. Note that the maximum outer diameter of a 12-gauge hull at the crimp end is 0.797.
That is an impressive product endorsement. I keep a 12, 16, and 20 gauge Jr. around for low volume use, like experimenting with a new load, or putting a couple of boxes of hunting shells together. There is always something good about a simple, dependable tool that gets the job done.
I like to shoot 12 gauge, 1 1/8 #8 shot, at 1090 +/- fps for singles. Just about out of my clays international powder and winchester primers. I was able to get some titegroup and cheddite primers. Has anyone reloaded remington gun club or sts hulls, 1 1/8 #8/7.5 shot, fig 8 wads with titegroup and cheddites?

For 12 ga BP shotguns, I use 75 grains (by volume)of Pyrodex RS or same amount of FFg Goex / over powder wad, 2 felt wads, 1 1/8 oz shot and an over shot card. If it's a cartridge gun, I use Magtec brass shells with large pistol primer. Same load in the 14 ga. English fowler.
