I have a PC with Windows 10. I downloaded iTunes, but the icon for my iPhone doesn't show up when I connect it via USB. You've done some excellent troubleshooting steps so far. Try these steps next: Go to Settings > Notifications > Phone. Turn off Badges. See if the badge icon disappears, If so, restart the iPhone. Then turn Badges back on and see if the -1 appears again. Take care! View in context.
