In April and July 1979, the band played major festivals in Los Angeles, Orlando, Toronto, Oakland, and Cleveland. Guitarist Joe Perry quit the band at the Cleveland show, on July 28, 1979. After the album was released, the band embarked on a North American tour in the winter of 1979–80, the first tour to include Perry's replacement, Jimmy Crespo.
