I had to enable my wi-fi "guest network because it is not enabled by default. This is where I found out that my "guest wi-fi network" operates at 2.4 GHz. Switching over to my "guest wi-fi network" on my phone solved the problem. This is a work-around for Xfinity wi-fi calling problem.

Thanks for your reply and suggestion. We have several desktops, laptops and tablets. All on WiFi and all showing location 350 miles away. We have a router and then a simple TV box. I will try the release and renew. If that doesn't work, can I just turn the location services off? Can I do that in the router or must I do it on every computer? Thanks
For your first question yes, our Xfinity hotspots do have both a secure and not secure network. This is to help provide access to everyone and an option we opened up to assist with areas in need at the start of COVID-19. You will see the Non-secure option almost all the time since those are open to use for everyone.
