Balluta Buildings is an Art Nouveau apartment block overlooking Balluta Bay in St Julian's, Malta. It was built in 1928 for the Marquis John Scicluna, and it was constructed to designs of Giuseppe Psaila. The building is considered to be among the finest of the few surviving examples of Art Nouveau architecture in Malta.

The Exchange is situated across the road from Pendergardens. It is a financial and business centre, housing the FIMbank Global Headquarters. Excluding FIMbank, The Exchange includes 16,700 m 2 (180,000 sq ft) of office space in two towers and 10,800 m 2 (116,000 sq ft) of managed, mixed, retail and leisure outlets fronting a large public piazza.
