Danny "Danno" Williams. Danny "Danno" Williams is a fictional character from CBS ' Hawaii Five-O, and is the partner of Five-0 leader, Steve McGarrett. Williams was portrayed by James MacArthur in the original show from 1968 to 1979, and later by Scott Caan in the series' remake from 2010 to 2020.

He received his breakthrough role in Ocean's Eleven as Turk Malloy, whom he played in the Ocean's trilogy, and starred as Detective Danny "Danno" Williams in the CBS television series Hawaii Five-0 (2010–2020), for which he was nominated for a Golden Globe Award.

However, the man pulls out a gun and hijacks the boat while also stranding McGarrett and Danny at sea. The two find a disabled yacht, and come across a dead body, shot by the same weapon used by the hijacker.
