Figured it out. Select (check the box) first email in list, then keep scrolling down to the end of all the emails. This may take a while. Once at the end of the email list, hold down the shift key while selecting (checking the box) the last email on the list. All emails in the inbox will now be selected.
As of January 23, 2021, some of my e-mails do not show the embedded images. I had this problem last summer but at the time it was resolved by using Microsoft Edge to view my e-mails. However, my embedded images are not viewable now using Microsoft Edge or Chrome. How is this resolved? I am running Windows 10.

I am accessing my Xfinity email via web browser Edge. No, the emails are NOT going into a spam or junk folder or anywhere else. They are simply NOT being received. At all. This issue is not uncommon actually. And receiving authentication emails are either very delayed (received 30 minutes overdue) or simply don't arrive at all.
Here are a few steps you can take to make sure your settings are correct. In Outlook, right-click on the folder and select Properties. About 1 year after we had canceled our subscription, we noticed all of our Inbox emails were deleted and several weird folders were created with names containing "xx-recovered-lost-folder-xxx" within. These folders don't have much in them except for about 50 random old emails.
I looked at my Comcast e-mails on my iphone and then again minutes later all emails in my "in box" have disappeared. The emails in my trash and sent folders are still there. When I go to Outlook "ALL" are present. Comcast keeps saying that someone has accessed your account or you inadveretly deleted the emails. It's not a Comcast problem.
The reason you can't get past a certain date is that Mail 10 won't display them by default. If you scroll all the way down to the bottom of the message list, you should see a caveat that says "To find older messages use Search". Try looking at the account using only your browser and the webmail interface.
