CrystalCarroxagon. •. Light.gg rolls are based on how many people have the perk, so the more people keep a weapon with a perk, the more "Good" that perk is. Meaning most S tier rolls are based off pvp rolls sense alot of people use slugs for pvp more then pve (At least from my experience on xbox, might be different for pc idk) Reply reply.
Bungie turned off the API because there’s a bug where you can use DIM to change the perks of weapons. I’ve never used light.gg but that’s probably why it’s not working. it always takes a couple days of the weapons being released in order to figure out what are the most popular rolls and rank them.
Hi guys! afpac from light.gg here. I just launched a huge update to the site, and I wanted to drop by and give you all a heads up about my favorite new feature, the God Roll Finder . The goal with the God Roll Finder is pretty straightforward -- I wanted to make it easy for everyone to find what weapons can roll with the perks that they prefer ...
The crucible, vanguard, and gold trophy symbol are more akin to the dim system of curated by the community. The issue from light.gg is that even if it's a gold perk, it doesn't mean it's a gold perk for both pvp and pve. Little light is really good for grading rolls. I use all three systems regularly.
The way light. GG works is it aggregates the most popular perks for that class of gun based solely on what people are using. There's absolutely no oversight on assigning God roll perks to specific guns so you still have to use some critical thinking. Subsistence is generally I'm pretty Godly perk but you don't necessarily want it on every gun ...
assuming the light.gg community is at least slightly more hardcore than the average player, the global population completion rate is even lower. Pretty brutal Pretty brutal So it's actually less than 16% of the global people that have howl.
Gumsmith. D2 Gunsmith, way smoother and gives more in depth description of perks. Use an adblocker, makes it much more bearable. I use light.gg a lot for looking for rolls and checking vendors but I find it extremely buggy and frustrating at times. It constantly has to reload….
BUT light.gg will give you a lower grade if you don't equip the popular mag/sights if they're handling focused. Light GG is a decent guideline. I have a True Prophecy I enjoy, Opening Shot and Explosive Rounds, and the site rates it an F. I use what I like and don’t worry about what rating it has.
You can’t actually delete via third party. Yes, to compare weapons before dismantling them on console. I was looking at my inventory and noticed it auto-tagged weapons with a thumbs up/down. Personally I like to use light.gg when checking if rolls on my weapons are worth keeping. DIM for everything else though.
i look every day on light gg which weapons i found during the day are good / god rolls. also i check little light app for god rolls. but here is my problem. light gg and little light app have a different opinion which of my weapons are god rolls :( light gg says my weapon x is a god roll, little says nothing is a god roll.
