FRANKLIN (Hunterdon) – North Hunterdon High School is in a state of mourning after a student was killed in a crash Thursday on her way to the first day of the new school year.
The school bus involved in the accident was a 71-passenger school bus built by American Transportation Company (which was acquired by Navistar International at the time of the accident), and was owned and operated by School Districts 47 and 155 through a Transportation Joint Agreement.
