Watson Mill State Park. Watson Mill Bridge State Park is a 1,018-acre (4.12 km 2) Georgia state park located near Comer and Carlton on the South Fork of the Broad River.The park is named for the Watson Mill Bridge the longest original-site covered bridge in Georgia, which spans 229 feet (70 m) across the South Fork of the Broad River.
McConnells Mill State Park is a 2,546 acres (1,030 ha) Pennsylvania state park in Perry and Slippery Rock Townships, Lawrence County, Pennsylvania in the United States. The park features a deep scenic gorge with the restored watermill and a covered bridge at the bottom, accessible by a roadway that winds between large, room-sized boulders on the hillside.
Attractions include a grist mill, covered bridge, and the dam of the Parrish Mill (built 1880). The park's location on a 412-acre (1.67 km 2) mill pond dotted with many cypress trees makes it a destination for anglers and canoeists.
The Old Warsaw Church started out as campground in 1822, supposedly used by the Moravians, and purportedly gave Warsaw its name. A church was built on its campgrounds in the 1860s on Medlock Bridge Road near the intersection of State Bridge. In 2004, it was moved to Autrey Mill and restored in 2008. [9]
