Kal Ho Naa Ho (transl. Tomorrow may never come, pronounced [kəl ɦoː naː ɦoː]), also abbreviated as KHNH, is a 2003 Indian Hindi-language romantic comedy drama film directed by Nikhil Advani in his directorial debut with a story written by Karan Johar with dialogue by Niranjan Iyengar, and produced by Yash Johar.

Kal Ho Naa Ho led the 49th Filmfare Awards with 11 nominations including Best Film (Karan Johar, Yash Johar), Best Director (Nikkhil Advani) and Best Actor (Shah Rukh Khan). The original score and soundtrack were composed by Shankar–Ehsaan–Loy who previously associated with Johar on his production Kal Ho Naa Ho (2003) and thereby replacing Jatin–Lalit, who had composed for Johar's previous directorials.
