Dora and her friends reunite with her parents outside the borders of Parapata. However Alejandro, revealed to be the true leader of the mercenaries, turns on them, telling them he will free them once he claims the gold. Boots helps the teens escape and restores Dora's confidence by communicating with her through imagination.
