The book demonstrates socio-cultural macrotendencies which characterise modern state of educational system in Russia. Basing on factor and cluster analysis a model of socio-cultural educational typology of the Russian regions is formed. Dynamic changes of institutions, pupils' contingent and employee potential are described.
