The Nantucket Regional Transit Authority (NRTA) is the public transport authority serving the island of Nantucket, Massachusetts. It operates a small network of shuttle buses and paratransit service year-round. The NRTA's shuttle bus service, The Wave (also referred to as the NRTA Wave), is branded using blue and white colors.
The Figawi originated in 1972 as an informal race between friends Bob Luby, Joe Horan, and Bob Horan that quickly organized into an annual event. [1] The 1978 addition of a lay day and race back to Hyannis turned the race into a three-day event. By the 1980s, the Figawi was drawing entrants from throughout the New England region.

The Nantucket Project is an annual gathering [1] that takes place on Nantucket, Massachusetts, housed mainly at the White Elephant Hotel. The event is held in a tent overlooking Nantucket Harbor. [2] The Nantucket Project was co-founded in 2010 by Tom Scott and Kate Brosnan.
