"How to Talk to Girls at Parties" is a science fiction short story written in 2006 by Neil Gaiman. It is about a couple of British 1970s teenaged boys, Enn and Vic, who go to a party to meet girls, only to find that the girls are very different from the boys' expectations.
The goal of the TK program is to teach kids the foundational skills they need in order to be comfortable then entering the kindergarten classroom environment the following year (more on that below).
The theme for "Girl" is a mother-daughter dispute. In this story, the mother goes on and on teaching the daughter how to be the perfect woman in society. As the story goes on, the mother throws jabs at the daughter's behaviors and tendencies. The story is written as one long paragraph.
