In previous versions of iOS 11 Developer Beta, there will be a Gaussian Blur effect over the home screen, where clicking the home button is required in order to return to the home screen. Before iOS 11 (and after iOS 7 ), the screenshot of the home screen would stay and, in the same way, clicking the home button could return home as well.
