    I have been using Sensodyne toothpaste and as ridiculous as it sounds my somatic pulsatile tinnitus and tinnitus have reduced a lot. To verify this I discontinued the Sensodyne paste and within 1-2 days my somatic pulsatile tinnitus/tinnitus ramps up significantly. Especially after meals.

    Potassium is found in white beans in high levels. Maybe that would be the safest thing, but I don't know. Also a word of caution do not take Potassium Nitrate under any circumstances. It is the nitrate that is the problem and some have reported tinnitus or hearing loss from it. It is an ingredient in tooth sensitive toothpaste. Do not risk it.
