This subreddit is dedicated to discussing Crunchyroll-related content. Discussions about Crunchyroll anime is allowed, as long as there's meaningful discussions to be had, such as updates to the catalog and scheduling updates. I would say it is worth it, at least the fan tier. You can buy premium a year at a time, for less than a hundred bucks. As for their selection, they have the most new shows each season and they have a decent selection of stuff from the past as well.
What is your favorite shows on Crunchyroll? I like a variety of themes/genres. As long as the plot is good, i can watch almost anything 🥸.
Gintama. Crunchyroll is really the only service where you can watch all episodes of that series. Legally anyway.
Crunchyroll gives you tens of thousands if not hundreds of thousands of anime episodes for immediate access in far higher quality where, when available, you have the choice of dub or sub. Anime-wise hard to find better value.
I'm thinking of getting crunchyroll premium. So I've had a look at the premium plans for crunchyroll and my understanding is there are three tiers: Fan: pay $7.99/mo for this. Mega-Fan (1 month): pay $9.99/mo for this. Mega-Fan (12 month): pay $99.99 for a year. Now I've done the calculations.
Question. Just finished watching the newest episode of a show, that dropped less than 24 hours ago. And the 12 top comments in the comment section, all after each other like a list, is the same person, with 700+ likes on several posts, with a lack of replies to said posts (ex: only 5 replies with an 700+ upvote comment, doesnt seem realistic ...
Some are good, though, so check them out: {Anime Kapibarasan} - A couple capybara/bear/thingies eat grass and sleep in hot tubs. Each episode is maybe a minute or two long. {Bananya} - This is more cute than weird, but still weird. Cats live in bananas, apparently, so this anime is about that.
My anime subs are with Crunchyroll and HiDive. Price is worth it for me. Won't pay the sub for Netflix, as I rarely watch something not anime. I've got Hulu for partner and getting current season of Bleach there, otherwise don't watch it for anime.
If you go to myanimelist > anime search > advanced search you can look for anime that are rated R and set the genre search for ecchi, horror, etc. Like this. Including the ecchi tag and keeping it rated R can reduce the number of results for some reason, so you need to play around with it. 1. Anos_Voldigoad21087.
