Chemba District is one of the seven districts of the Dodoma Region of Tanzania.It was formed after 2010, when it was split off from Kondoa District. [1] Chemba District is bordered to the north by Kondoa District, to the east by Manyara Region, to the south by Chamwino District and Bahi District, and to the west by Singida Region.

Mpendo is an administrative ward in the Chemba District of the Dodoma Region of Tanzania. In 2016 the Tanzania National Bureau of Statistics report there were 7,605 people in the ward, from 6,997 in 2012. [2] [1]
