Marist College Red Foxes basketball (1977–present) McCann Arena [ 1 ] is a 3,200-seat multi-purpose arena in Poughkeepsie , New York , United States. It was built in 1977 and is home to the Marist College Red Foxes men's and women's basketball and women's volleyball teams.
It was designed in 1905 for Col. Oliver Hazard Payne by the architect Thomas Hastings of the firm of Carrère and Hastings, who also designed the New York Public Library and the Henry Clay Frick House. The estate is currently owned by Marist College and operated as the Raymond A. Rich Institute for Leadership Development. [3]
