I lived in Gambrills from 1970 to 1988 - and return often to visit family still living in the area (Crofton and Millersville). The text "home to one of the largest and most acclaimed Day Spas and Salons in the Eastern United States- Robert Andrew" seems to me to be either 1) a bit of misplaced sarcasm, or 2) an unapologetic plug for a commerical enterprise (which has no place here).
