Microstation was first sold in 87, after Intergraph bought a 50% stake in Bentley. Also, Intergraph was the developer and owner of IGDS. Finally, the lawsuits between Intergraph and Bentley didn't kick off until the mid-90's, as a result of Intergraph owning exactly a 50% stake in Bentley.
