In addition, I also found a paper documenting the probable diet of Philippine proboscideans, but it has no mentions on what speculated species were the dwarf stegodon. It is however, provided with the information being it is a Luzon specimen and that it is different from a S. luzonensis (evident from a strict C4 diet of S. luzonensis).
